Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we only ship locally to Singapore for now. For overseas customer interested in getting our products, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order and contact details.
How much would the local shipping cost be?
Delivery is free for order above S$40, while for order below S$40 there is a flat charges of S$3.50.
How long would the shipping be?
Estimated delivery time for Singapore orders is within 4-7 working days from your date of order. Should you urgently need to know the exact status of delivery, please email email@example.com with your order number and contact details. Our team will check with the delivery courier before getting back to you.
What are the payment methods available? Can I still pay without a PayPal account?
You can make payment as long as you have a debit/credit card. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still complete your payment by clicking Pay as a Guest button and entering your card information.
How will I know that you have received my order?
Once the payment transaction is successful, you will receive a PayPal confirmation email. Please give us 2-3 working days to process your orders.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Please double-check your order before checkout. All sales are final once you click the 'Order' button; purchases will be charged to your credit card. We regret that you cannot cancel a purchase or receive a refund once the order is submitted.
What if an item is damaged from my order?
If an item is faulty or damaged, please accept our sincere apologies. Please email us the defect product picture immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make arrangements as soon as we can. Note that items must be in the original state after opening.
Do you have a physical store?
We only have an online store for now but you can still get our items from our partners and vendors such as Naiise, Megafash, etc.
